The Uco Sweetfire iron-on Fire Starter is made from a by-product of sugar cane: called bagasse. This key ingredient is already used all over the world as a sustainable biofuel.
The vegetable wax allows each match to burn for 7 minutes. If the ironing surface and box become wet, the ironing surface will still work, but must first dry so that the surface is solid again.
Until then, use the spare ironing surfaces in the box.
If the matches are wet, dry them briefly before use.
