Shippment and returns
At Allesvoordeel.nl we try to deliver all goods within the agreed time. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent force majeure due to crowds at postal services.
If you opt for a delivery in the evening, you pay extra for this. However, if this does not work, we cannot reimburse you for these extra costs incurred.
If you are not satisfied with your ordered goods, you can return them within 2 weeks after delivery. Please note that items must not be used. As soon as the item has been returned, we will refund the item. Special rates for evening or morning delivery are not reimbursed and or shipment via parcel post when the possibility of letterbox shipment is possible will also not be reimbursed. A return must be registered. You can easily do this with your orders on our website allesvoordeel.nl

Please note: You choose the sender with whom you return the ordered product. You must bear the costs yourself.
If damage occurs to the returned item during a return shipment, we are forced to return this item to you at your expense. Please pack the item well in the original packaging.
If you paid with a payment method other than Ideal or bank transfer, we unfortunately cannot refund any payment costs for the payment service you have chosen.
If there is a production error in the ordered item, we will try to deliver a new item as quickly as possible or have the item already delivered repaired. If this is not possible in the short term, allesvoordeelder.nl will work with you to find a solution that is suitable for you.
